Chettinad Curry Recipe
A slightly spicy, creamy curry that’s a brilliant and quick meal anyone can cook. This is my recipe, but so long as you cook the sauce in the same way you go to town with what else you add in. Sub in king prawns for the chicken, swap the peanut butter for almond butter (or remove it completely), chuck in all the veggies you have to hand. Just make sure you add the salt & sweet element to make the flavours really POP.
