Pork Pie – Perfect for elevenses 


(Makes 15-20cm pie)


For the Pastry 

250g (9oz) lard

300ml (0.5 pint) water

900g (2lbs) plain flour plus extra for dusting

Good pinch of salt

Butter for greasing
